Genre decision blog

 We have to come to a conclusion about what the films genre will be. We wanted to see what genres were out there and what they were. We had no idea about any of the other genres. We only knew about two because of our previous projects. So we had to do some research on the genres. We looked up a list of the genres but there wasn't too much there. So we had to do a little more and we found some stuff on Wikipedia. These descriptions we found were very helpful. There were so many genres so we took a long time to try and figure out which one was ours. We had a few in mind while we were searching for them. So we thought we knew what our genre was but we were incorrect. Our genre is drama or dramatic. We talked about why we thought this was our genre and agreed. Our film is very dramatic it is a sharp turn in circumstances. There is a lot to say on how our film is dramatic. It goes from being peaceful to very scary and dark in some instances. So there was a lot that went into deciding this genre. I believe we chose the right one because of our descriptions. And I do like drama so I'm exited to see what happens.

   The title of the song my group will be using is "Gods Plan" I think it will fit well with the video. Some props we may use in the video can include hats, fake gold chains, footballs, and sporting equipment. I am trying to get the props to go along with a teenager vibe. I want the aesthetic to look like a few teens playing sports and having fun in the pool while drinking soda. We will be wearing bathing suits with gold chains on and some of us may have hats. This will give the video a beachy/pool vibe. That is exactly what I'm looking for a good vibe, these costumes will definitely produce that. We will be filming the video on November 22nd.
