Genre research: (Dunkirk)

Some elements of the drama genre that we used that relate to this movie are first how the movie keeps a quiet but very good acting job. This movie was very quiet and more watch the movie and see what happens. There was very little talking throughout the movie. That is what made the movie interesting although. Keeping that quiet basis made the climax of the movie very suspenseful. Let me tell you it did have me on my toes the whole time. I really like how they performed the not very much talking throughout the entire film. Although it was very sad to watch the movie had its moments of suspense. The film overall had great lighting and looks like it could've been shot in 1-2 days. If so that would be a very well-done filming process. It would be very hard for me to decide what was done wrong in this movie. This movie was a great movie and the art of it was perfect to me. But if I had to decide on one element I didn't agree with it would be how sad the movie was. I know they were trying to go for a more realistic vibe but I ended the movie just feeling depressed. If they were to just brighten up the movie just a little then it would be perfect. Other than that the movie was great. I really enjoyed sitting down and watching this and I definitely would recommend it to others. It also relates to my upcoming film somewhat keeping the same quiet vibe. I think if we do that right we can perfect our film also. But like I said this was a great film.
